A behind the scenes look at our first ever Sip & Stretch event hosted at Ginger’s Revenge. We started with an hour of yoga with the hilarious Alexandra Moody, enjoyed free archetypal anointing sessions with Katie Vie of River Island Apothecary, and rounded out our morning with a tasty ginger beer from the creative, ever-changing tap list.
We're pleased to announce we will be offering a custom, discounted version of our downtown Wellness Tour to Asheville Yoga Fest participants for the July 27th-30th 2017 festival.
There will be two walking tours available to participants-- 10:30 am on Saturday, July 29th, and 10:30am on Sunday, July 30th. These tours are two hours, at a reduced price of $30.
