The Series: Prepare for Spring as you sip and stretch your way into the new season. This four part series takes place on Saturdays in April with weekly spring themes that will feature some of Asheville’s top flow yoga instructors, as well as special "pop-up" wellness practitioners and demonstrations after class.
Each class includes a mouth watering ginger beer or non-alcoholic elixir from Ginger's Revenge.
